When everything feels like too much, clarity comes first.
I spent years building solutions before I stopped to ask what actually needed solving.
I help leaders turn chaos into clarity, then design and build useful solutions that make room for what matters.
I have a confession. When work feels messy, my instinct is to build.
I'm a wife, a mom of four, and a learning scientist. I spend my days helping leaders make sense of complicated problems and design solutions that actually work.
For years I was chasing a runaway train. Task to task, meeting to meeting, activity to activity. I never caught it. I'm not sure I knew what I'd have done if I had.
I made things worse. I was rewriting the output, overexplaining what I wanted, adding another tool, another system, another solution. I kept building before I was clear on what actually needed to change.
Then I stopped.
The answer wasn’t another tool. It was clarity before action.
Sometimes the right answer is AI. Sometimes it's a process, a system, a handoff — or something that shouldn't be done at all.
That became the way I work now: Decide, Design, Build, Refine.
When work feels harder than it should, don’t speed up. Start with clarity.
When work feels out of control, the instinct is to add something: another productivity system, another app, another AI tool.
But the first question isn’t what should I use?
It’s:
What does this work actually need?
Some work should stop.
Some should be simplified.
Some needs a better process.
Some belongs with another person.
Some is perfect for AI.
And some deserves you.
Clarity comes first. Then you design the better way.
The Reclaim Today Method
Decide
Start with the end in mind. Decide what matters.
What are you actually trying to achieve, change, protect, improve, or create? Name the outcome before you start solving.
Clarity before action.
1
Design
Map what needs to happen.
Lay out the steps, decisions, boundaries, resources, and conditions required to get from where you are now to where you want to be.
Design before you build.
2
Build
Do the work. Create the solution.
Take the steps. Build the system. Change the process. Have the conversation. Start the routine. Use AI, technology, delegation, or another tool when it fits.
The solution depends on the work.
3
Refine
Pay attention to what happens next.
Keep what works. Change what doesn’t. Refine, iterate, or reroute as conditions change. Sometimes what you learn sends you back to an earlier decision or design.
You don’t control the wind. You adjust the sail.
4
One method.
The right solution depends on the work.
The outcome is Reclaim.
One Catch & One RuleThe Catch
Getting time back isn't the point.
If you immediately refill the space with more work, you haven't reclaimed much.
Decide what the capacity is for.
The Rule
A better solution should make work feel lighter, not give you something else to manage.
If you have to babysit the system, fight the process, or constantly fix the tool, keep refining.
Reclaim Today
One method. Two ways to put it to work.
1
RECLAIM TODAY · SELF-PACED COURSEThe Apprenticeship
Available September 16 · $297
Build one reusable AI apprentice around one recurring task, so you stop explaining the same work from scratch every time.
For people already using ChatGPT or Claude who are tired of repeating context, rules, examples, and instructions.
You’ll leave with one working apprentice and a method you can use again.
2
RECLAIM TODAY · PRIVATE 1:1The One-to-One
$5,000
For work that feels harder, messier, or more manual than it should.
Over three private sessions, we’ll get clear on what actually needs to change, design the right path forward, build the solution around your real work, and refine it after you use it.
The solution may involve AI, workflow, process, systems, technology, or something simpler.
You leave with the work redesigned and a solution you can understand, use, and keep improving.
The Apprenticeship applies Reclaim Today to one recurring AI-supported task. The One-to-One applies it privately to work that needs deeper diagnosis, design, and implementation.
