I thought I was going to teach in a classroom until I retired. Then I earned my master’s in Instructional Design and Learning Technology, fell in love with working with adults and solving problems with technology, and realized something that changed the direction of my career: I could multiply my impact.
That idea has carried me through more than 25 years in education, instructional design, academic technology, innovation, systems, and leadership. Along the way, I earned my Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, helped hundreds of experts turn what they know into learning that works, built thousands of courses, and today I lead at the chief level in technology and operations.
People ask me how I get so much done. I mean… there’s no secret system hiding over here. I prioritize. I focus. I build.
Now I’m using all of that to build something of my own —and to help you do the same.
