The One-to-One

In two weeks, you'll have an apprentice carrying the work that doesn't need you.

Built with you. Three sessions. You own everything we make.

$5,000 · A few clients at a time

I have a confession. I'm always looking for a shortcut to the work I don't want to do.

I chased tools for two years and just ended up supervising them. Then I built an apprentice instead, and it worked. It reads my email, drafts my performance reviews, and runs my content research. It has never sent a single thing without me.

Now I build them with people, one at a time.

Leaders and business owners with real responsibility and real constraints, where hours lost to routine work are hours not spent on the work only you can do.

You don't want to learn a new skill right now. You want the thing running.

Who is this for?

Decide

Session 1. We find the work costing you the most, and draw the line between what goes and what stays.

How the 2 weeks work

Build

Session 2. I surface the judgment calls you make without noticing, and turn them into instructions in your language. You leave with it built and running.

Correct

Session 3. You run it on live work in between. We fix what broke, and I teach you the diagnosis while we do.

Yours outright. The apprentice, the instructions, and a map of what to hand off next.

What to hand off, and what to keep

Does it drain you?

The sorting, the triaging, the drafting, the pulling-together.

If it drains you and it doesn’t need your years of expertise, hand it off to your AI apprentice.

Does it need what only you bring?

Your years. Your expertise. The context nobody else in the room has. If it needs that, it stays with you.

If it needs your years of expertise, keep it. Do not hand it over to an AI apprentice.

Session 1 is where we answer both, for the actual week.

Session by session

Here’s exactly what you get.

Session 1 · Decide — 90 minutes

We find the work that's actually costing you, in time, money, or attention. Not the work that annoys you most. The work with the highest return on being handed off.

Before we meet, you'll answer four questions. I read them and come with a hypothesis, so we spend the session deciding rather than discovering.

You leave with: the task selected, the cost of it named in hours or dollars, and the line drawn between what your apprentice will carry and what stays yours.

Session 2 · Build — 90 minutes

This is the part that can't be bought off a shelf, and it's the reason this works.

Your expertise is mostly invisible to you. You make a dozen judgment calls inside that task without noticing you're making them. I surface those calls and turn them into instructions in your language, not mine. That's what separates an apprentice that sounds like you from one that sounds like everyone's.

You leave with: your apprentice built and running its first real work in front of you.

Session 3 · Correct — 90 minutes

Between sessions, you run it on live work. It will get something wrong. Everyone's does.

We take what broke and fix it, and I teach you the diagnosis while we do. Nearly every wrong output comes from one of three things: a missing rule, a vague rule, or a missing example. You'll learn to tell which one you're looking at, fix that line, and run it again.

You leave with: the correction loop, so it gets sharper every month instead of quietly drifting until you stop opening it.

What you own when we’re done

  • A working apprentice carrying a real task from your actual week

  • Your instructions in plain text, saved outside any platform. If the tool changes, you rebuild in twenty minutes

  • The correction loop, so it improves instead of decaying

  • Recordings of all three sessions

  • A map of what to hand off next, in priority order

  • Email access to me for thirty days after Session 3

One rule in every apprentice

It never acts without you.

Mine reads my email, drafts my performance reviews, and runs my content research. It has never sent a single thing without me. It drafts, sorts, summarizes, and recommends. I decide.

That rule doesn't bend. A tool you can't trust is a tool you stop using, and most abandoned AI was abandoned the first time someone couldn't tell whether to believe the output.

$5,000. Three sessions across two weeks, everything above, and thirty days of email access after.

Payment in two parts if you'd prefer. Half to begin, half after Session 2.

For comparison, so you can place it: agencies building a single custom AI agent typically quote $1,500 to $5,000, and strategy and scoping alone often runs $1,500 to $3,000 before anyone builds anything. Full implementation engagements start around $15,000.

The difference here isn't the price. It's that you end up able to do it again without me.

I only take a few clients at a time.
