Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Amarion Studios LLC ("Amarion," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of The 5-Day Build and any related digital products, materials, and community spaces (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

These Terms apply to individual consumer purchases. If you represent an organization, institution, or business seeking a group license or team access, contact support@drjeanene.com for a separate written agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Service. The Service is not intended for and not directed to children.

2. Description of the Service

The 5-Day Build is a self-paced digital course that guides you through deciding, designing, building, and preparing to launch a learning product based on your own expertise.

The Service includes written lessons, workbooks, templates, checklists, AI prompts, worked examples, and other supporting materials, and may include selected video content and access to an online community space.

The Service is educational. It is not consulting, coaching, legal advice, business advice, financial advice, or a done-for-you service. We do not build your product for you, review your work unless expressly stated, or guarantee any outcome.

We may update, improve, add to, or modify the Service at any time.

3. Purchase, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are stated in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time. The price in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information. Your use of the payment processor is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Promotional or introductory pricing is available only during the period stated and is not retroactive to prior or later purchases.

4. Refund Policy

The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive full access to the complete materials right away, and because those materials cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the description of the Service, understand what you are buying, and agree that no refunds will be issued — including if you change your mind, do not complete the course, do not achieve a particular result, or determine the Service is not what you expected.

Technical access problems

If you cannot access the Service due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@drjeanene.com and we will work to restore access. Restoring access is the remedy for an access failure; it does not entitle you to a refund.

Duplicate charges

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase in error, contact support@drjeanene.com and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute rather than contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service while the dispute is pending and may pursue collection of amounts owed.

Statutory rights

Some jurisdictions grant consumers a right to cancel digital purchases. Where such a right applies to you and cannot be waived, it is not affected by this policy. By purchasing and accessing the Service immediately, you request immediate performance and, where permitted, acknowledge that you lose any applicable right of withdrawal once access begins.

5. Access to the Service

Upon purchase you receive access to the Service for your personal use. We intend to provide continued access for as long as we offer the Service. We may discontinue the Service, or migrate it to a different platform, at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to provide notice if we do.

Access is delivered through a third-party hosting platform. Availability of that platform is outside our control.

Your access credentials are personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not provide access to anyone who has not purchased the Service.

6. License to Use the Materials

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service materials for your own use in building your own learning product.

You may:

• Use the workbooks, templates, prompts, and checklists in your own work, including work you do for your own business
• Reuse the tools for multiple products you build for yourself or your own business

You may not:

• Resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or share the Service materials
• Reproduce the Service materials as part of a course, program, workshop, or product you sell or give away
• Post the materials publicly or in any shared drive, group, or community
• Use the materials to create a competing course, program, or product that teaches this methodology
• Remove or alter any attribution, copyright, or branding on the materials
