The 5-Day Build

Turn the expertise you've spent years building into a focused course you can launch and sell.

The hard part isn't learning more. It's turning what you already know into something someone else can move through, use, and buy.

Five focused build days take you from “I know I could teach this” to a course you can actually sell.

Self-paced. Start the day you buy, work at your pace, and come back to the tools whenever you build the next one.

Founding price: $297.

This is the lowest public price The 5-Day Build will be offered at.

You bring the expertise. AI helps you build faster.

You may already be sitting on the course

People already come to you for answers.

You’ve spent years solving problems, developing your judgment, learning what works, and getting really good at what you do.

And somewhere along the way, you may have thought:

“I could teach this.”

Maybe you’ve even pictured what it could become—another source of income, a way to reach more people, something of your own, or simply a way to make what you know useful to people beyond the ones you can personally help.

The opportunity isn’t finding something completely new to learn. It’s recognizing what you already know that could become a course.

And then knowing how to turn it into something another person can actually learn from, use, and buy.

And then the questions start.

What part of what I know is actually worth building?
Will anyone want it?
What should the learning path look like?
What belongs in the course—and what doesn’t?
What should I charge?
Where should it live?
What should AI actually do?
How do I get it ready for someone to buy?

That’s where a good idea can start feeling like a giant project.

But you do not need to solve all of it at once. You need to make the right decisions in the right order.

That’s the part I know how to make clear.

This is literally what I do

I’ve spent my career turning expertise into learning that works.

I’m Dr. Jeanene Singleton, Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation. For more than 25 years, I’ve been doing the work at the center of what you’re trying to do: taking what an expert knows and turning it into something another person can actually understand, apply, and use.

I’ve developed courses and learning experiences for universities, partnered with hundreds of subject-matter experts, worked alongside and led instructional designers, and helped create programs that have generated millions in university revenue and reached tens of thousands of learners.

And early in my career, I realized something about this work that has stuck with me ever since: expertise can multiply.

Instead of what you know creating value only while you’re personally in the room, you can build something that allows that knowledge to keep reaching people again and again.

Some of the courses I helped develop nearly a decade ago are still serving new learners today.

AI can accelerate parts of this process dramatically. But the judgment about what to teach, how to sequence it, what belongs, what doesn’t, and what makes the work yours still matters.

The 5-Day Build brings those two things together: the learning-design process I’ve spent my career using and the production speed we have access to now.

25+ years turning expertise into learning that works
Thousands of courses and learning experiences built
Millions in university revenue generated through that work
Some courses I helped develop nearly 10 years ago are still running today — three times a year. The expert did the work once. New learners are still benefiting from it years later.
The tools finally caught up with the process.

Inside The 5-Day Build

From “I know I could teach this” to a course you can actually sell.

You need the right course, a clear learning path, the smallest strong version, and a process that moves the expertise in your head into something another person can buy and use. That’s what we’re going to build.

Five days gives you the structure to move through it in the right order—one focused build day at a time. Five days is the structure, not the schedule.
Day 1 01 — Decide

Build the right thing.

Start with the expertise you already have. Find the course worth building, get clear on who it is for and the finish line they want, pressure-test demand, and lock the smallest strong Version 1.

You leave with Course Decision Brief
Use AI: surface patterns in what you know, research demand, mine buyer language, scan alternatives, and pressure-test the opportunity before you build.
Day 2 02 — Design

Turn expertise into a learning path.

Work backward from the outcome. Map the gap between where your learner is now and where they need to go, sequence the milestones, plan what happens inside each one, and cut anything that does not move them toward the result.

You leave with Course Map
Use AI: pressure-test the sequence, spot missing steps, organize ideas, challenge assumptions, and identify unnecessary content.
Day 3 03 — Build

Build the standard.

Protect your IP, give AI the right context and guardrails, build one strong prototype, pressure-test it, and refine it until it truly represents your expertise.

You leave with Approved Prototype + Build Standard
Use AI: draft from your decisions, collaborate through feedback and redlines, and refine the work without handing over your judgment.
Day 4 04 — Build

Scale the standard.

Use your approved prototype to build the rest of the core course, then add only the worksheets, examples, prompts, visuals, templates, and support learners actually need to use what you are teaching.

You leave with Complete Course Draft
Use AI: build from your approved standard, create learner resources and supporting assets, and accelerate production without starting from zero.
Day 5 05 — Refine

Make it ready to sell.

Define what done looks like. Review the learner experience, fix what could block the result, confirm your price, choose where the course will live, make sure someone can buy it, get access, and know where to start, then put a date on it.

You leave with Launch-Ready Course + Launch Plan
Use AI: audit gaps and friction, reality-check your price, help create the minimum buyer-facing essentials, and later synthesize real learner feedback for Version 1.1.
Five focused days. One clear path. From expertise in your head to a launch-ready course you can sell.
By Day 5, the thing isn’t still in your head. It exists.

What you actually get

Everything you need to build it.
Nothing you don’t.

This isn't a library of videos for you to watch and figure out how to apply later. It's a guided build. At every step, you'll know what decision you're making, where to do the work, how AI can help, and what “done” looks like—so you can make the decision, build the thing, and keep moving.

30 guided lessons Move through Decide → Design → Build → Refine in order, with each lesson advancing the course you are actually creating.
Master Workbook One working document that carries your decisions, Course Map, Build Standard, QA notes, pricing, and launch plan from Day 1 through Day 5.
14 reusable AI prompts Use AI exactly where it can accelerate research, design, production, review, and launch preparation without replacing your judgment.
FOCUS HERE work sprints Stop consuming, set the timer, and make the next decision. Each sprint gives you a clear place to work and a finish line.
Behind the Build See the thinking behind real build decisions so you understand why the process works instead of simply copying a template.
Definition of Done Know when each stage is strong enough to move forward so Version 1 does not quietly become Version 10.
The course teaches. The workbook builds.

INSIDE THE COURSE

Before you start

A few things you might be wondering.

The goal is not to make this more complicated than it needs to be. Here are the questions I would want answered before I bought it too.

Do I need to know exactly what my course is before I start?

No. You need expertise and something you believe may be worth teaching. Day 1 helps you decide what actually deserves to become a course.

You’ll clarify who it is for, the result they want, look for evidence of demand, and decide the smallest strong Version 1 worth building before you spend time creating lessons.

You don’t need to have the whole thing figured out. That’s what the process is for.

Not sure your idea should be a course at all? Start with What Should You Build?

Do I have to finish this in five consecutive days?

No. Five days is the structure, not the schedule. Some people may move straight through. Others may take a day a week around work, family, and real life.

What matters is that you move through the process in order: Decide → Design → Build → Refine.

Do I need to be good at AI?

No. You don’t need to be an AI expert or know a library of complicated prompts. I’ll show you where AI can genuinely help and give you the prompts at the point where you need them.

AI can help research, organize, pressure-test, draft, revise, and build faster. But you make the decisions. Your expertise, stories, examples, standards, and judgment stay yours.

What if I already have course content—or I’ve started building something?

Bring it.

You can use the process to pressure-test what you already have, clarify the learning path, decide what belongs and what can be cut, and turn the pieces you’ve created into a focused Version 1.

You don’t need to throw away good work just because you didn’t build it in this order the first time.

I already bought What Should You Build? Does that count?

Yes. Your $47 counts toward The 5-Day Build. Use the link in your Finish lesson, or code DECIDED at checkout.

Bring your Product Decision Brief with you. It gives you a head start on Day 1.

What will I actually have when I finish?

A focused, launch-ready Version 1 of your course—not just an outline or another folder full of ideas.

Along the way, you’ll leave with a Course Decision Brief, Course Map, Approved Prototype + Build Standard, Complete Course Draft, and Launch-Ready Course + Launch Plan.

By Day 5, the thing is not still sitting in your head. It exists.

What happens after I purchase?

At checkout, you’ll create your Dr. Jeanene account and password. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll get immediate access to The 5-Day Build inside Circle.

Your first stop is Start Here, where you’ll download the Master Workbook, choose the AI tool you want to use, set up a place to save your work, and get ready to begin Day 1.
