Self-paced · Start today

Everybody is teaching you how to create content.
I'm going to show you how to turn what you know into a course you can build, launch, and sell.

You know something worth teaching.

The hard part isn't learning more. It's turning what you already know into something someone else can move through, use, and buy.

Five focused days, from "I think I could teach this" to a course you can sell. Self-paced. Start the day you buy and keep the tools for every product you build after this one.

The part that gets overwhelming

You probably don’t need another idea.
You need a clear path from what you already know to something you can sell.

Maybe you’re already great at what you do. People come to you for answers. Your expertise already creates value.

The overwhelming part is figuring out how to turn it into something that can create value without you personally delivering it every single time.

What exactly should I sell?
Will anyone actually want it?
How do I organize everything I know?
What belongs in the course — and what doesn’t?
What should I charge?
Where should it live?
What can AI build for me?
How do I actually launch the thing?

That’s where a good idea starts feeling like a giant project.

That’s the part I know how to make clear.

This is literally what I do

I've spent my career turning expertise into learning that works.

I have a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, and for more than 25 years I've been helping people turn complicated expertise into learning other people can actually understand and use.

I've partnered with hundreds of subject-matter experts, worked alongside instructional designers and educators, and helped create learning experiences that have reached tens of thousands of learners.

That's what can happen when expertise gets built into something that no longer requires the expert to personally deliver it every single time.

Now I'm taking the process I've spent my career using and showing you how to apply it to your own expertise — with AI making the build dramatically faster.

25+ years designing learning that works

Tens of thousands of learners reached through that work
Some courses I helped develop 10 years ago are still running today — three times a year.
Most AI course advice tells you which prompt to use. This teaches you what to decide before you prompt anything — and how to keep the result yours.
Use AI to build faster. Bring the expertise yourself.

Inside The 5-Day Build

From "I know I could teach this" to something you can actually sell.

You do not need 40 modules or six months of production. You need a clear plan, the smallest strong version, and the right support to move from expertise in your head to a launch-ready course.

You're not starting from zero. You're starting with expertise you already have.
Day 1 01 — Decide

Build the right thing.

Get clear on who it's for, the result they want, whether there's real demand, what makes your approach different, the right format, and the smallest strong version worth building.

You leave with Course Decision Brief
Use AI: research demand, mine buyer language, scan competitors, compare pricing, and surface patterns.
Day 2 02 — Design

Turn expertise into a learning path.

Work backward from the outcome. Map the milestones, sequence what learners need when they need it, build in application, and cut what doesn't move them toward the result.

You leave with Course Map
Use AI: pressure-test sequence, spot missing steps, organize ideas, and identify unnecessary content.
Day 3 03 — Build

Build the standard.

Protect your IP, give AI the right context and guardrails, build one strong prototype, pressure-test it, and refine it until it truly represents your expertise.

You leave with Approved Prototype + Build Standard
Use AI: draft from your decisions, collaborate through feedback and redlines, and refine without handing over your judgment.
Day 4 04 — Build

Scale the standard.

Use your approved prototype to build the rest of the course, then create only the worksheets, examples, prompts, templates, and support learners genuinely need to use what you're teaching.

You leave with Complete Course Draft
Use AI: build from your approved standard, create learner resources, and accelerate production without starting from zero.
Day 5 05 — Refine

Make it ready to sell.

Define what done looks like. QA the learner experience, confirm your price, choose where the course will live, make sure someone can actually buy it and get access, build the minimum launch path, and put a date on it.

You leave with Launch-Ready Course + Launch Plan
Use AI: audit for gaps and friction, research platform options, reality-check your price, and help build the launch assets.

One more thing: you may finish Day 1 and discover the right version of what you know is a guide or a workshop rather than a course. That's useful. You'll build the right thing rather than the expected thing.

Five focused days. One clear path. From expertise in your head to a launch-ready course you can sell.
By Day 5, the thing isn't still in your head. It exists.
